Following the COPPA (Children's On-line Privacy Protection Act) ruling, all children aged 12 and under must have parental consent before entering any personal information, such as their e-mail address, at a web site aimed at their age group. This is to protect the privacy rights of children.
In order for children under the age of 13 to be able to communicate with other users by sending and receiving messages and to take full advantage of all our features, a parental consent form must be completed, signed by the parent, and returned to us. You can find the consent form here.
You can find out more details about the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act at the FTC home page. You may also view our Privacy Policy here .
