I bought items/NP/pets/accounts offsite and was Frozen - what do I do now?

We recommend contacting your bank or PayPal to initiate a chargeback for the funds spent on the third-party site. While there's no guarantee, you might still be able to recover the money you spent on the NC items, Neopets, NP items, accounts, and/or Neopoints. 

Your account will remain frozen for the two-year period, but after that is up, you can write in to Support to verify account ownership.  All accounts will be returned as-is.
