Unfortunately, getting hit with a high-level freeze (as outlined under "What can accounts be frozen for?" section above) means you'll have to complete the mandatory two-year waiting period before we can consider restoring your account. There's no way around this!
A bit of good news, though. We won't remove any items from your account (as of September 10, 2024). However, please note that once you get it back, it will be returned in its "current condition", and that we cannot recover any missing item or data.
