Of course!! Everyone will still be able to enjoy the same activities of the Festival of Neggs as always; the only difference is the newly added Premium Prizes. Those who are not Premium will still get Prizes like any other year, and can interact with the Festival of Neggs in all other ways, they just will not be able to access the Premium Prizes inside of the Neggs or the Premium Bonus Final Prizes at the end of the event.
