Simple! Just press the reroll button above the weekly quest item. A popup will appear that has information on how the reroll works as well as a cancel button and confirm reroll button. Rerolls start at 10,000 NP and double in cost after each roll. The cost will cap at 1,000,000 NP, but you will be able to continue to reroll even after you hit it.
