This is a new feature allowing players to purchase your lot instantly with Neopoints, without needing to go through the offer/accept process. To use it, when creating a lot, you can check a box to enable Instant Buy and input the exact NP amount you want. The Instant Buy price can be set up to the maximum offer limit of 10,000,000 NP. Please keep in mind, Instant Buy only works for Neopoints. You cannot use it to ask for items in return.
