No, you may only retroactively get Premium Prizes by Voting on open categories (meaning their winners haven't been announced yet). If you didn't Vote for a category at all and now the category has announced its winner, you will not receive any normal Neopies Prize Pool Prizes nor any Premium Neopies Prize Pool Prizes through your Premium subscription.
