It’s possible that the bookshelf you were linked to was set to ‘private.’ If someone sets their Archive Bookshelf to private, it means it will not be able to be viewed by the public.
If that bookshelf is not private however, the link may not have been copied or pasted correctly, or something else might have gone wrong. Contact the owner of the bookshelf before sending in a ticket!
