When you enter the Customisation Spotlight with a Pet, we take a “snapshot” at the time of entry, which means that however your Pet is dressed when you enter them into the spotlight is how they will look for the contest! Changing your Pet’s look will not change the entry, so yes, you will be able to change it after entering without the look updating by the time the contest rolls around. Make sure your Pet is dressed their best before entering!
