That means you'd better make a decision fast as you've just landed on a Quick Time Event! If you ever see a timer near the choices, you'll only have until it runs out to pick one. Once the timer ends, a choice will be made for you, and all other choices will become unavailable. A choice will also be made for you if you try to refresh the page or leave and come back while a timer is active.
