All dialogue and Choices will be hidden until you've regained at least one Energy Point. Once you have at least one Energy Point, you will then see the option to start the Quick Time Event and make a Choice.
Be careful, though. There is always the option that your Choice will lead you into another Quick Time Event, so it may be best to let your Energy Bar refill with multiple Energy Points. You can get more by either waiting for the Energy Bar to naturally recharge by one Energy Point (two if you're Premium) every hour, watching an ad up to 3 times a day if you're not Premium, becoming Premium, or activating an Extra Energy Token.
