There are all sorts of items that you can use to customise your Neopet! Backgrounds, trinkets, garlands and foregrounds can be work by all types of Neopets. Most Neopets can also wear clothing such as hats, wigs, trousers and funny glasses.
Wearable items show up in your inventory with a blue background and a convenient (wearable) message beneath them. Not all wearable items can be worn on all species of Neopets, however! Youll never be able to convince your kacheek to wear a Moehog Flapper Dress, for instance. Species specific wearables will usually have the Neopet that can wear them in the item name.
