When you migrate your account to NeoPass, you only need to use a single email address to login and manage all your accounts as it is seamlessly connected. Before migration, using the same email address for main and side accounts is necessary for player identification purposes.
If your accounts are associated with different email addresses, they will be recognized as belonging to separate players. Each player should have only one email address for one main account and up to four side accounts. Please ensure that you update and link all your accounts to a single email address.
