You can earn plot prizes by participating in an active plot. Some of the features of plots that grant prizes include:
- Reading comic and dialogue updates
- Completing Neohospital shifts
- Completing puzzles
- Playing minigames
- Weekly activities
- Community goal activities
- Completing achievements*
*Note that completing achievements usually only grants you plot points. You will not earn double plot points for completing a Fearless Deed while you have the Double Plot Prizes Fortune Cookie or Premium Perk activated. You must complete all Fearless Deeds within an act to get an item reward, and the Fortune Cookie will grant you two (2) of that item reward.
