Reginald is this year's host of the Festival of Fears. While the whole town of Neovia, and other members around the Haunted Woods, decided to put together this festival, he's the young Lupe who showed the most determination for bringing it to life and thus was voted to host it. He's got a real passion for collecting one-of-a-kind stories in any form and has garnered quite a collection of unique tales over the years. While he grabs any books he can get his paws on, his favourites are those of the scary variety, so he thought it only proper to share them during this year's festival!
