There are three ways to reach the Winter Starlight Celebration once it has started on 12/01. The first way is to navigate through the Map of Neopia; by going to Terror Mountain, you should be able to find a link to the Celebration. The second way is to go to the homepage; on the top right, you should see an icon of Reina that will lead you to the same page! Lastly, if you click on the Explore button at the top of the page, a drop-down menu will appear that will have an option to take you right to the Winter Starlight Celebration as well.
