The Grundo Warehouse is hosted by a blue Grundo named Gilroy, based in the Virtupets Space Station and where you can redeem Rare Item Codes or ‘RICs' and promotional codes for virtual prizes. These codes can be found on official Neopets merchandise, such as plushies, trading cards, and pins, or given out at special events, in-person, or virtually.
