It really depends on the code, but as a general rule we’re only able to help with codes from the past five years. Older codes, particularly those from 10–20 years ago or vintage merchandise, can no longer be redeemed. These have usually expired, the items are retired, or they came from partners we no longer work with, so they aren’t supported anymore.
