No, once Wave 2 starts, Wave 1 prizes will no longer be obtainable. The retired NC item pool, however will stay the same.
NOTE: There was a mistake previously written in this FAQ, which has now been accurately reflected above. The retired prize pool was not meant to swap out for the second wave of new prizes. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and will keep your feedback in mind moving forward!
