Redeeming Original, Spooky, Space and Underwater is currently not working as intended. Players have reportedly run into error messages and are not receiving their prize. The issue has not yet been fully resolved.
Because of this, we recommend holding off on redeeming any more maps until the fix is in place. If it is your first time, please write in a ticket to our Support team so your map pieces can be replaced!
If you decide to continue redeeming despite the ongoing issue, please note that we won’t be able to restore or replace any lost items due to error moving forward.
