Yes. All chapters will have a Plot Point cap imposed on them, even ones that didn’t have them initially at the beginning of the plot. The current plot point cap is 4000, but it can be increased up to 3 times per chapter using Chapter Meter Energy Boosters for a total of 7000. Boosters applied to a chapter will not apply if you use another Chapter Replay Fortune Cookie, so if you want the boosted plot point cap for your next chapter (or a repeat of the one you’ve just played), you will have to use additional Energy Boosters.
