Check to make sure you don't have a Quest from Delina waiting for you! Her Quests do count as a Faerie Queest and could be blocking other Faeries from making their own requests! You'll need to either complete her request or reject her Quest but doing so should allow other Faeries to come in and trouble you with their own requests now that you're not busy!
