Can I reroll my requested Faerie Quest item on any Faerie Quest?

No, only on the free daily Faerie Festival Quest, and now also on your Faerie Quest Fortune Cookie and Deluxe Quest Fortune Cookie Quests!  The reroll-item magic won't work on Random Event Faerie Quests, nor will it work on Delina's Crafting Quests.
