When you have your Esophagor quest, you can click on the reroll icon on the upper right hand corner of the item to change between 1 of 3 items, and you can do this for each of the items he requests. Choose your preferred items, procure said items, and then turn them in to the Esophagor for your reward! You can change your choices up until you turn them in.
