A parent or legal guardian must provide parental consent to enable communication features on a Child Account.
To provide consent:
- Visit the Help Center: Neopets Help Center and click Create a Ticket. Complete the form with the required information and check the box confirming parental consent.
- Submit the form: Submit your request, then check the email inbox you provided and click the email verification link to verify your email address.
- Wait for confirmation: Our Support Team will review your request and follow up with confirmation once the parental consent request has been processed.
