- Greyed out pets are species that a user does not currently own on their account. Since applying styles is species-specific. New styles can only be granted via the Styling Studio if a user already owns that Neopets species, which will appear in color on the page.
- You can still view the options available for species you do not currently own by tapping on the greyed out pets, but will only be able to proceed with purchasing new styles for species you presently have.
