A Sweetheart Gram is an NC Mall item that allows you to gift an exclusive NC item to a friend (or to yourself). When you purchase a Sweetheart Gram and are ready to send it, you will be given a selection of exclusive NC items to put into the Sweetheart Gram. You will then select one of the items and a Neofriend, and off it'll go! Additionally, some Sweetheart Grams come with a Limited Edition item (and the Limited Edition item can be given instead of the exclusive item).
