The Prizes are unlocked while Plot Points are accumulated. If there are locked Prizes, this could mean:
a. You haven’t collected enough Plot Points to unlock the Prize.
b. You are trying to access Prizes that are on the Hero’s Journey (paid Prize track) when you haven’t purchased the upgrade.
