Purchasing the Adventure Pass upgrades Heros Journey, Heros Journey Extended, or UItimate Adventure alone does not automatically unlock prizes. Only earning plot points through participation in The Void Within Plot Event during active Chapters will unlock each tier and you will need to return to collect your prizes afterwards. These purchases just allow you access to the additional tiers alongside the Beginner's Trail path, and to the extended tiers if you've been playing the Plot since the beginning.
