When submitting a game score, you may occasionally encounter the following error:
“Problems processing your score. For best results, close the pop-up window and re-open to start your game.”
This can happen from time to time and does not necessarily indicate an issue with your account.
As a possible workaround, always open another Neopets page in a separate browser tab, refresh the page, then return to your game and submit the score. This must be done before the score is submitted. This workaround is not guaranteed to resolve the issue.
Please also make sure you are using the secure https:// Neopets URL rather than http://.
Unfortunately, if the error occurs and the score is not successfully processed, we are unable to manually add the score to your account.
