Currently, there are only three ways to get Neocash:
Credit Card: In the U.S., the NC Mall currently accepts VISA and MasterCard. You must either be at least 18 years old or have clear consent and assistance from your parents to use their VISA or MasterCard credit card to purchase Neocash.
PayPal: You must either be at least 18 years old or have clear consent and assistance from your parents to use their PayPal account to purchase Neocash.
Neocash Cards: Neocash cards are available to purchase digitally through Paypal and Walmart.com. Please note to purchase a Neopass card from Walmart, a valid U.S. address if required for purchase.
