My pet was stolen from my account!

We’re very sorry to hear that your pet is missing from your account. We understand how upsetting this can be.

If your pet is no longer on your account and you did not transfer it yourself, it’s possible that your account was accessed without authorization and the pet was moved while the account was compromised.

If this happens, please submit a ticket to our Support team under “Abuse Reports” as soon as possible. Be sure to include as much detail as you can, such as the pet’s name(s), the last date you had access to your account, and when you believe the unauthorized access may have occurred. Providing this information helps our team investigate more efficiently and increases the chances of locating your pet.

Please note that if a report is submitted long after the incident occurred, we may no longer have sufficient logs to take further action.
