Unfortunately, you may not use a gift or prepaid card to purchase Neocash at this time. Currently, the Credit Card Payment Center can only accept standard Visa and MasterCard credit cards with a registered Billing Address and Security Code (located on the back of the card). If you submit a gift or prepaid card for payment, the transaction will be automatically cancelled. Please note, the purchase amount will be deducted from your card's available credit until the cancellation is processed, which may take up to several days.
