I'm not receiving my activation code!

If you have not received your activation code, please check your spam email folder to make sure that it wasn't marked as spam. If your activation code isn't in your spam folder, please check to make sure that the email address you used when you signed up is correct by checking your email preferences here. Then, you can request another activation email be sent by visiting this page: (http://www.neopets.com/activate.phtml).
Hotmail Users:
We are aware that a lot of our users with a Hotmail account are not receiving emails from our IP. Here are the emails that may be blocked:
  • Email Activation's
  • Forgot Password
  • Membership
We are currently working with Microsoft to remedy this as quickly as possible. While we do, please attempt to unblock us as a sender or create a rule to stop the emails from going into your junk folder by following the instructions below. Or by following this link:
Unblock senders
If you want to remove someone from the blocked senders' list, follow the instructions below.
  1. Select Settings
  2. Select Mail > Junk email.
  3. Select the address or domain you want to unblock, and select
Stop messages from going into your Junk Email folder
There are times when you don't want messages from a specific person or domain to end up in your Junk Email folder. Messages from addresses or domains on the safe senders' list won't get moved to your Junk Email folder.
  1. Select Settings
  2. Select Mail > Junk email.
  3. Under Safe senders, enter the email address or domain you want to add, and select Add.
  4. Select Save.
  • To edit or remove email addresses or domains from the blocked senders or safe senders list, select the item in the list and then select
  • To empty your Junk Email folder, select Junk Email in the left pane. At the top of the screen, select Delete all.
