If you no longer wish to receive emails from Neopets, you can unsubscribe your email address by clicking on "My Account" in the top toolbar and then selecting "Control Panel" from the drop-down menu. On the Account Control Panel page, click on "Email Preferences." You will then be taken to a page where you can choose which sort of emails you'd like to receive from Neopets. If you don't want to receive any emails from Neopets, chose "Unsubscribe from all Site News" and then press "Submit Preferences."
