To change the email address on your account, click on "My Account" in the top toolbar and then select "Control Panel" from the drop-down menu. You will then be taken to your Account Control Panel. Once there, click on "Change Email Address." You'll be asked to enter and confirm your new email address and to enter your password (and PIN, if you have one).
If your Neopets account has been integrated with NeoPass, updating your email is not currently possible. Each NeoPass is unique to its registered email or single sign-on (SSO) login. Please contact our customer service department for help with this.
