This may include signs that the account was potentially accessed by someone who is NOT the original owner, evidence of cheating-related activity, or other irregularities.
Our team will conduct a thorough investigation to determine whether any policies were violated.
If no violations are found, your account will be returned.
If evidence of a violation is confirmed, the account will not be returned.
You will be informed of the outcome—and of any confirmed violations—once the investigation is complete.
Please note that some cases require more time to review, so the process may take several days or even weeks depending on complexity. If your account has been frozen for this reason, please submit a ticket to our Support team. However, if you knowingly violated site policies, there is no need to submit a ticket.
