If you account was permanently frozen due to a serious violation, it does not qualify for an appeal. However, if your account falls under a low level freeze, you may submit a ticket to our Support team.
Low-level freezes are generally straightforward and can often be resolved quickly once we verify account ownership:
- Deactivated by User: If you once decided to deactivate your account but now wish to relive those cherished Neopets memories, we’re here to help bring it back to life! If your deactivation was through Neopass, please refer to FAQ for detailed instructions on how we can assist you further.
- Protection/Investigation: Occasionally, we may temporarily freeze your account to safeguard it from potential security threats. Accounts may also be frozen for further investigation due to suspicious activity. If evidence of a violation is found, your account will not be returned.

Hijacked accounts: If you believe your account was hijacked or accessed by someone else, please write in and we'll return your account if you're able to verify true ownership.
