If this policy is violated, your account will be frozen. Accounts frozen for this reason can be reviewed again after a 2-year period, but please understand that this does not guarantee the account will be returned.
Before considering the return of an account, we’ll need to verify ownership again. The decision will depend on the specifics of each case, and the severity of the violation may impact the outcome. In some cases, if the violation is serious, the account may be permanently frozen with no possibility of recovery.
Additionally, the team may impose penalties such as the removal of NP, NC, items, pets, trophies, stamps, etc. If the terms for recovery cannot be agreed upon, the account will not be returned. Once your account is restored, please be aware that you must accept it in its returned state, and no further requests to recover items or assets are allowed.
