To cancel your Premium Membership, please visit the "Manage Membership" page at: https://secure.nc.neopets.com/managemembership and click "Cancel Membership". You will still be able to visit and login even if your account is frozen.
If you do experience any problems cancelling your membership yourself, please contact our support team immediately here and submit a ticket under 'Premium'.
Please note that all sales are final. We are unable to issue refunds for any unused days if the membership was not cancelled before the next billing cycle.
